Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Once an order has been placed and payment is completed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
In any of the below cases, We would take full responsibility and arrange for the refund or ship a new product depending on the case and the request.
In case of Damaged product:
• Please notify us about the damaged product within 1 day from delivery date via email to thansababy@gmail.com
• Please send us the order number, 1 outer package image, 2 clear images of damaged product.
• In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
• Email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
In case of Missing product:
• Please notify us about the missing product within 1 day from delivery date via email to thansababy@gmail.com
• Please send us order number, 1 outer package image, 2 clear images of the opened package with all items received
• We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
• Email will be responded to within 24-48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
